Background:
European Metals Recycling Ltd (EMR) are a global leader in the metals recycling industry, employing nearly 3,500 staff in 150 locations worldwide.
Application:
The EMR plant in Oldbury separates copper wire from its plastic conduit, to recover both materials for recycling which involves washing the emerging fragments. Together with Lackeby, we designed and manufactured 5 No Lackeby Roto-Sieve® drum screens successfully allowing the washing process whilst retaining the plastic and copper fragments.
